Finding eHRSS Healthcare Providers

Training on eHR and Onsite Registration Campaign at HA/DH Clinics

Planning to visit an electronic health record (eHR) registration centre for registration or a healthcare provider (HCP) for record activation with the Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS)? Need to get a list of nearby eHRSS participating HCPs for reference? Here are the tips.

There are two simple ways patients can tell whether an HCP has joined the eHRSS. Registered HCPs will display eHRSS labels at their service locations to indicate eHRSS participation. Else, patients can look up the HCP Register set up and maintained by the Electronic Health Record Office (eHR Office).

HCP Register

The HCP Register was set up by the eHR Office and housed on the eHRSS website. The public can access the HCP register for information about registered HCPs and electronic health record (eHR) registration centres.

If an HCP is registered with the eHRSS, its information will be published on the HCP Register, including name of the HCP (e.g. “Dr Healthy Chan’s Clinic”, “ABC Hospital”), HCP number, address of registered service locations and contact phone number, etc. For HCPs that are also registration centres, the opening hours will be displayed on the HCP Register for reference.
