Registration Campaigns for the Elderly |

The 6-month on-site installation and registration campaign for elderly homes was completed in end-2016. Through the campaign, 100 elderly homes and centres have registered with eHRSS, and about 8,000 elderly residents and members of the public joined the system. |

In collaboration with the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association, special assistance is being provided to clients of the association who participated in the Public-Private Interface–Electronic Patient Record Sharing Pilot Project (PPI-ePR) to join the system. |

On-site Registration Campaign |
|
The mobile registration campaign that commenced shortly after the launch of eHRSS was completed in January 2017. Over the 10-month period, more than 100,000 members of the public have registered with eHRSS through mobile teams deployed to hospitals and clinics of the Hospital Authority (HA) and the Department of Health (DH). |
|
In view of the enthusiastic response, a new round of on-site registration campaign has commenced in February 2017. In addition to clinics of HA and DH, registration teams under this round of campaign are also visiting selected district elderly community centres and maternal and child health centres to facilitate registration of elderly and newborns. |
